Reports to: President and CEO
Location: Must reside in the Indianapolis, IN. metro area. Mostly working remotely but will frequently be working with the local Indianapolis team.
The controller will be involved with all aspects of the financial operations.

Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for the oversight of all financial accounting functions including receivables, payables, budgeting, financial reporting, payroll, human resources, insurance policies and cash management for 7 privately-held affiliated companies
2) Cash management
- Manage cash across multiple entities
- Approve disbursement transactions through bank portal
- Review and approve monthly invoicing
- Update and maintain 5-year forecasting data
- Annual budgeting
- Lead collection efforts and renewal discussions on weekly calls
- Manage collection issues
3) Accounting
- General ledger and monthly, quarterly, annual financial and tax return reporting
- Maintain the company’s internal policies and ensure the integrity of financial data
- Manage accountant and assisting admin staff
4) Payroll
- Calculate and approve monthly and annual commissions
- Review and approve each payroll
5) Client contract management
- Review and approve proposals
- Calculate special terms pricing as needed
- Execute and process new agreements
- Review, and approve contract change requests
- Work with Regional Presidents on special term requests
Requirements:
- Reside in the Indianapolis, IN metro area
- Accounting degree
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an accounting manager or controller
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Excellent client service attitude
- Strong work ethic

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
