As a new barista, you do not need to know the techniques before you start, but you need to be self-aware and humble to be able to start, be helpful and problem-solve when needed.
-Passion for excellent customer service
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
-High level of emotional intelligence with a positive outlook and good sense of humor
-Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service position
-The ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
-Ensure that a quality product is being served to customers
-Available Weekends and Holidays
-Starting pay is $15.00 hourly plus tips
