The PM Lobby Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the public areas, guest and employee restrooms. Responds to guest requests and perform duties as requested by Asst. Housekeeping Manager and Director of Housekeeping to the standards set forth.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Check the daily events sheet posted and note break times of functions to insure clean and stocked restrooms
Clean lobby restrooms and stock with soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. Wipe down doors and handles of restrooms.
Sweep/Mop elevator floors and back hallways
Vacuuming all lobby carpets
Clean Lobby Stairwell entrances/exits including doors, handles, sweep/mop floors, and vacuum mat
Clean any other areas as needed.
Cleans guest rooms as necessary.
Responds to guest’s requests in a timely manner.
Answer front desk calls in a timely manner.
Deliver rollaways and cribs with assistance from bell staff, security or night manager.
REPORTS TO: Housekeeping Supervisor, Assistant Housekeeping Manager and Director of Housekeeping
Previous cleaning job experience or related service industry experience preferred.
Ability to read, comprehend and write simple instructions, correspondence and memos.
No prior experience or training.
