Makes sales calls to prospects, leads and existing clients. Ensures customer satisfaction and builds strong client relationships. Identifies areas of potential growth from dealer base. Works closely with field sales reps to grow dealer base and funding volume.
Works with prospects and leads to drive dealer enrollment. Ensures proper follow-up with leads through calls, email and presentations. Researches and qualifies leads for field sales. Assists with documentation and CRM system tracking.
Work with existing dealers to increase program usage. Make sales and relationship management calls as directed to house accounts and inactive accounts, in cooperation with field sales.
Assist other departments with credit, funding, customer service and verifications, as needed. Assist sales reps and management with other tasks, as needed.
Other duties as assigned by management. Must be able to come to work promptly and regularly. Must be able to take direction and work well with others. Must be able to work under the stress of deadlines. Must be able to concentrate and perform accurately. Must be able to react to change productively.
- Associate's degree in business, finance, communication, marketing or related field OR 2 years’ marketing or sales experience, preferably in the consumer finance industry
- Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Internet, email
- Professional phone presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
Office environment. Significant time spent sitting, typing and talking on the telephone.
