Job Store Staffing is seeking a Bookkeeping/Office Assistant for our client’s temp-to-hire opportunity in Lakewood, CO. Our client specializes in custom landscape design and installation in the Denver Metro Area. Our client is proud to transform landscape visions into reality by designing and creating unique outdoor living spaces for their customers.
Duties in this role include but are not limited to:
- Accounting for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts
- Verifying, allocating, and posting necessary transactions
- Allocating all open accounts by reconciling entries
- Running financial reports in accordance to monthly needs
- Handling all administrative and office duties at the front desk
- Knowledge of MS Office Suites and Quick Books
- Must be able to multi-task during busy season
- Must have a great attitude and be a team player
- 1-2 years of Office Experience
- 5/+ years of previous Bookkeeping experience required
