Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Visits assigned customers based on the A, B and C Customer Guidelines.
Prospects for new customers.
Quarterly review of assigned accounts with Manager.
Quarterly performance review in the first year.
Communicates parts orders to inside sales team with specific parts information. Advises whether status is stock or emergency.
Checks with customers to ensure that delivery date of non-stock items is acceptable before ordering.
Reviews any special orders or pricing with the parts manager and obtains his/her approval.
Follows up on parts orders to ensure that customers have been served properly.
Promotes service sales through location service teams.
Promotes vehicle sales through appropriate sales teams.
Completes daily call reports through approved CRM system.
Updates and maintain customer profiles in MAPP.
Attends required training.
Acts as a public relations liaison for the dealership.
Maintains professional appearance as business casual attire.

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
