As the General Manager you will continue your retail career by meeting and exceeding customer experience and sales objectives for your store. You will be tasked with supervising the overall daily operation of a store including development, discipline, and scheduling of employees to ensure an extraordinary customer experience, cost efficiency, and quality store operations. As a General Manager you will get an opportunity to:

Execute and succeed on sales initiatives provided on a monthly basis.
Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning team members; following up on work results.
Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training team members.
Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining team members; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Achieves sales objectives by preparing a monthly action plan, motivating team members, analyzing performance metrics, and initiating corrective actions.
Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
Ensures availability of merchandise and services by counting and maintaining store inventories.
Formulates pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; authorizing clearance sales; studying trends.
Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.
Protects team members and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
