We are looking for career Personal Trainers who have a sincere interest in helping people adapt healthy behaviors, achieve optimal results, and reach their maximum wellness potential, all while being a team member with a rapidly growing organization! Responsibilities:
- Provide personal training as well as training for small group sessions over our online platform
- Provide pre-designed and custom workouts in line with client’s goals
- Know how to train, motivate, and modify exercises/programs to accommodate all fitness levels
- Sell personal training and small group programs to existing and new members through our consultative sales process
QUALIFICATIONS:
- MUST live in a state within the Eastern Time Zone or have the ability to accommodate such
- Experience in designing and implementing fitness regimens
- Current PT, CPR, and AED certification (or working towards)
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Three years of relevant experience
- Highly professional and dependable, and must take initiative
- Superior relationship building, networking, and customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule, which may include working days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Equipment to service virtual sessions: High Speed Internet, ability to play music and microphone
Pay: Based on experience/qualifications, plus highly competitive commission.
