Job description
Busy Oral Surgery Practice is seeking an experienced, reliable, detail oriented administrative professional to assist with the administrative tasks required to run the practice. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, personable, and capable of managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision, and competent in Microsoft office.
JOB DUTIES:
- Organize an ever-changing calendar and complex schedule including business and personal matters.
- Keep a list of pending tasks, ideas and projects.
- Prepare meeting agendas and adequately prepare material for meetings.
- Assist with the planning, follow through and execution of special projects.
- Facilitate communication with management team.
- Assist in development of monthly reporting package.
- General administrative duties (faxing, copying, typing correspondence, research, etc.)
- Any other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS and EDUCATION
- Excellent references from both current and previous employers
- Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Availability Mon-Fri FT or PT
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.33 - $23.27 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
