The Inside Sales & Support Specialist role will be responsible for supporting our field sales team, retention and growth of existing account base, lead generation, as well as the development of new business, market segments. The Inside Sales and Support Specialist will report to the Inside Sales & Support Supervisor.

Support for Field Sales Team
- Quoting, bid, and RFP support.
- Entering contacts, opportunities, and cases into our CRM.
- Collaborating with our fulfilment team and/or suppliers to provide order status updates, identify alternative parts for backorders.
- Collaborating with our operations team on cases related to our customer catalogs and pricing.
- Tradeshow Attendance as needed and Lead Follow-up.
- Customer visits to specified accounts as needed.
Organic Growth Development
- Proactive communication and support with our existing customer base to increase sales, drive promotions, verify customer satisfaction, provide pricing and or special quotes.
- Develop and implement sales plan to target accounts for growth in line with overall business strategy.
- Drive sales through alignment with the business development team, pre-call planning, post call analysis and follow up.
- Review customer purchasing histories to gain insights and opportunities for penetration and growth.
New Customer Development
- Align with sales initiatives and strategies to target and develop new accounts within the prescribed segmentation/territory.
- Perform lead follow-up and verification.
- Qualify all leads generated from trade shows and conferences attended.
- Proactively communicate all new product and promotional launches.
Accountabilities and Performance Measures
- Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
- Achieves all assigned sales goals.
- Co-creates strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Is responsive and supportive to the needs and wants of our customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Completes all assignments and administrative tasks in a timely fashion.
- Follow-up and track promotions to evaluate effectiveness.
- Supports the Business Development and Marketing teams as required.
- Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned timeframe.
- Maintains and updates CRM tool daily.
Organizational Alignment
- Reports to the Inside Sales & Support Supervisor.
- Enlists the support of the Operations Director, Marketing Manager, Operations team and Business Development team, as needed.
- Works closely with internal and supplier customer service representatives and marketing representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Neta Scientific, Inc. normally is open for business from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. You will be assigned a work schedule and you will be expected to begin and end work according to the schedule. To accommodate the needs of our business, at some point we may need to change individual work schedules on either a short-term or long-term basis.
Travel
As required to meet the business needs of the organization, customers and suppliers.
Required Education and Experience
- BA/BS Degree from an accredited institution or Related Work Experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, inside sales/support.
- Salesforce or CRM experience preferred.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
