Strategizing, planning and implementing effective marketing messages for ad campaigns across digital channels such as social media, email, paid advertising, and website content that increase conversions and drive sales.

Strategizing, developing and improving the digital marketing strategy to increase customer acquisition and make the funnel more streamlined and less expensive.

Managing the members of the marketing team to produce the best ads that align with company goals and objectives, by leading and then holding them accountable for results.

Monitoring ad campaign performance on a daily basis to make sure the results are high and if not, determine what changes need to be made to improve results.

Identifying and implementing new technologies for use in digital marketing.

Analyzing data to identify trends and determine how to improve performance of campaigns.

Developing a digital marketing strategy that increases sales by attracting new visitors.

Maintaining current best practices and successful techniques in our industry to implement into our marketing strategy.
REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 5+ years' experience working in digital marketing roles required.

Minimum 5+ years of proven & successful experience in increasing sales through digital marketing required.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in recruiting, training, and managing a team of talented marketing professionals.

Minimum 3+ years' experience in search engine optimization/SEO required.

Minimum 3+ experience using marketing analytical tools, interpreting data and adjusting digital marketing strategies accordingly.

Must have 3+ years of experience in internet marketing space.

Must have 3+ years of experience using Click Funnels.

Must have experience managing $15+ million budgets.

Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly with all stakeholders.
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE RESULTS:
A successful Director of Digital Marketing would be expected do the following during their first year:

Build and lead a strong marketing team: The Director of Digital Marketing should work to build a strong marketing team that can execute the marketing plan effectively. This involves recruiting, training, and managing a team of talented marketing professionals.

Foster cross-functional collaboration: The Director of Digital Marketing should work closely with other stakeholders within the company to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals. This includes collaborating with sales, operations, product, customer support and community teams.

Leverage data and analytics: The Director of Marketing should use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions. This includes analyzing website traffic, social media engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.

Utilize & stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices: A successful Director of Marketing should utilize and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in the industry.

Conduct a thorough assessment of the company's marketing strategies and goals: The Director of Digitial Marketing should assess the current marketing strategies, campaigns, and messaging. This includes understanding the company's brand positioning, target audience, and competitor analysis.
