Cornerstone Clinical Therapies (CCT) is an emerging provider of multi-modal, opioid free pain management, specializing in the clinical, musculoskeletal market space.

The Territory Manager/Sales Representative is responsible for selling the Cornerstone Clinical Therapies portfolio of products and services to orthopedic, spine, and podiatric specialists. Additionally, Territory Managers will be responsible collecting and submitting orders from customers and providing prescribed Cold Compression Therapy to post operative and conservatively treated patients.

This is a 1099, contract, commission only position.

Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit Cornerstone Clinical Therapies vision and values in all interactions with customers, patients, and strategic partners
  • Comply with company Compliance policies, including handling of patient Protected Healthcare Information (PHI) per HIPAA guidelines
  • Meet and exceed established sales goals with the Cornerstone Clinical Therapies portfolio of products
  • Deliver Cold Compression Therapy devices directly to patients and educate them on their proper daily use
  • Retrieve Cold Compression Therapy devices from patients as needed
  • Clean and maintain Cold Compression Therapy devices for field use, including compression sleeves
  • Maintain field inventory of Cold Compression Therapy devices, including periodic completion of Field Inventory Audits
  • Assist customers in completion of Cold Compression Therapy orders, including facilitating communication between customers and internal reimbursement assistance teams
  • Resolve emerging customer service issue concerns in a timely, ethical, and professional manner

Qualifications:

  • Education
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred * Experience
  • One year of business to business sales, healthcare, or related industry experience * Skills and Abilities
  • Strong communication, selling, and customer service skills
  • Ability to prospect, penetrate, and close new accounts
  • Ability to maintain and grow existing accounts
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of email and spreadsheets
  • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Availability to work nights and weekends as needed
  • Ability to stand for long periods, crouch or kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs at a time
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Successful completion of background check
