Position: Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative – Cambodian, Mandarin, or Armenian -English working remotely in California

Rate: Base wage starting at $22.65 plus performance bonus opportunities

What You’ll be Doing

During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Answer incoming communications from customers
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
What You Bring to the Role
- Bilingual in English and Cambodian, Mandarin, or Armenian
- 6 months or more of customer services experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
- Computer experience
- High speed internet connection (>25mbps).
