If you are looking for a growing career with the ability to make a six figure income than this is the career move for YOU!
Assist in the supervision and training of the sales staff by holding a minimum of 3 morning huddles per week and 1 Sunday meeting per month.
Assist in the general operation of the store.
Assist with customer relations and handle difficult complaints.
Assist Sales Design Consultants in closing sales. This will be measured through the weekly staff one-on-ones.
Assist General Manager in personnel matters and disciplinary action.
Execute weekly one-on-ones with all staff members a minimum of once monthly.
Assist in planning and performing product training for the sales staff by coordinating or hosting 1 product knowledge meeting per month.
Coordinate and assist in the tagging of the floor.
Provides assistance with other duties as assigned.
Work the opposite schedule of the General Manager to ensure proper management coverage of the store, with a minimum of 45 hours per week.
Handle all store operations and related tasks in the absence of the General Manager, including days off, vacations, etc.
Participate in the monthly store checklist process with the Regional Manager
Must be able to work Weekends, Holidays, and may be asked to work Evening Shifts.
Basic computer skills
High School Diploma or equivalent
Passion for building relationships with others
Valid Driver License and Reliable Transportation
Previous Management experience
Previous Furniture Sales Experience is preferred
Previous Sales Experience
