Position Overview/Key Responsibilities : We are looking for a self-motivated, results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team of highly talented solar professionals. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the solar industry, excels in a sales environment, and is customer focused. Outside sales representatives must be able to:

  • Self-motivated to meet and exceed his/her sales targets.
  • Build pipeline to meet company long term goals
  • Facilitate communication between customers & office staff regarding scheduling, accessibility, and special job needs.
  • Work within company’s existing CRM software to manage customer relationships.
  • Build relationships with other organizations and businesses to cross-sell products.
  • Leverage relationships and develop means for generating leads and growing the business.
  • Participate/attend in sales training & trade shows when applicable.

Experience selling high-ticket items is preferred. Markets including but not limited to manufacturing, professional services, healthcare, data centers, apple orchards, vegetable growers, cold storage facilities, food processing, packing facilities, etc.

Job Type: Commission

Salary: $150,000.00 /year
