Westerwood Global is currently recruiting experienced Field Service Engineers and Technicians. LEVEL 2 or 3

Requirements

2+ years of tool specific experience. Ability to perform preventative and corrective maintenance with the following toolsets:
Applied Materials Producer SE/GT (Required)
LAM Altus (Preferred to Have)
Vector
C2
Ability to perform corrective and restorative maintenance and fault finding to sub component level on the above platforms
Knowledge of all sub-components and assemblies of the above platforms
Ability to perform relevant process setup activity on the above platforms particularly during recovery after invasive maintenance
Monitor tool performance, schedule and perform preventative maintenance on assigned tool sets, and use mechanical, electronic and PC/software skills to troubleshoot and repair equipment issues.
Ability to respond to unforeseen maintenance events and recover common fault conditions
Shift: A Shift OR C Shift

Qualifications:
3+ years semiconducting experience

Preferred CVD

Basic to intermediate knowledge of AC/DC circuits, including: fundamentals of electricity, and basic electronic components and circuits
Basic understanding of vacuum systems
Basic knowledge of test and calibration equipment (O-scopes, DMMs, etc.)
Basic to intermediate knowledge of the specific area equipment and processes
Basic understanding of SPC principles and proper application
Basic understanding of semiconductor equipment and processes

Education Requirements:
AAS in Electronics, BS in Electronics Engineering Technology or AS/BS in Chemistry, Physics, Math and related or Military experience in a related MOS, such as service technician, aircraft mechanic, or automotive mechanic
