Purpose: The Partner Support Representative will partner with mission agencies to maximize their benefit from their partnership with MissionNext.
Key duties: The responsibilities of the Partner Support Representative will be to:
Develop a personal relationship with 10-12 MissionNext partner agencies
Become familiar with the agencies web site, ministry and their history with MissionNext
Assist partner agencies with job postings and contacting potential candidates
Use a variety of software tools, for example Microsoft Office 365, virtual communications tools and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
Assist with planning and measuring effectiveness of MissionNext partner support
Time Commitment: 10 – 20 hours per week.
There is no office space for this position; candidate will work from home using his/her own computer and high-speed internet. Day-to-day interactions will be conducted via email, telephone and video conferencing.
This is a part-time, self-supporting position. Approved expenses may be reimbursed.
College graduate in Communications, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
Experience and skills:
Good track record of successful Customer Support planning and execution with measurable results. Excellent interpersonal skills, creative, self-starter and the ability to quickly assess the Partner needs and establish and execute plans to move forward.
Christ-follower, personable, good communication and people skills, dependent on prayer, and spiritually mature.
