Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in all facets of operating and managing the bar/restaurant/nightclub;
- Handle various aspects of the business, including, ordering supplies, generating schedules, managing shifts, maintaining the building and managing the guests' experience;
- Communicating effectively and working closely with Company's management team and staff;
- Handle general duties for upper management of the Company.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience mandatory;
- Previous server or bartender experience preferred;
- Solid employment history and good references;
- Must be able to work any shift any day of the week, weekends and holidays;
- Must be highly organized, able to work well with others and be able to timely complete task with little or no oversight;
- References from prior employers.
