SUMMARY
We are looking for EXPERIENCED Commercial Sales Consultants who are extremely knowledgeable about our vehicles and services, the industry, and our market, including vehicle selection, performance, accessories, efficiencies, safety features and functions, and financing options for both new and used vehicle inventories. As an EXPERIENCED Commercial Sales Consultant, you are striving to maintain a steady supply of hot prospects at all times, maintain a continuous follow-up system using Reynolds Focus as our CRM, work closely with the sales manager in all steps of the deal, use telephone and email effectively to seek and obtain appointments with prospects, engage in conversation and build rapport with our existing commercial truck customers when they are in our service department, cold call and visit local businesses inquiring about their current fleet program and offer information on products and our dealership.
The ideal candidate has previous commercial fleet sales experience, excellent customer service skills, a confident and outgoing personality, a professional appearance, great communication skills, the ability to deliver world class customer service, and a willingness to continuously prospect to sell a minimum quota on an ongoing basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Solicit and manage new and existing commercial fleet accounts.
- Supplies new-vehicle department manager with monthly forecasts of fleet car and truck deliveries.
- Follows up on dealership payment for delivered fleet, Lease Company, and commercial account vehicles routinely.
- Helps customer with vehicle selection and promotes model options and features, value-add products and services, and purchase and finance options while following dealership policies.
- Negotiates sale closure in a clear, concise, and highly ethical fashion.
- Helps facilitate delivery by providing a clear explanation of vehicle and features operation, warranty, and servicing requirements.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions.
- Encourages repeat business by acknowledging the customer's purchase with gratitude.
- Greets all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner.
- Handles customer complaints immediately and according to the dealership's guidelines or escalates complaints when necessary.
- Maintains high customer satisfaction standards.
- Attends and monitors the product and sales training courses as required by dealership and/or manufacturer.
- Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Professional and strong communication skills.
- Excellent sales and customer service track record.
- Outside sales experience.
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.
- Strong desire to “assist the customer”.
- Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections.
- Quality customer service skills.

- Computer literate and have basic math skills.
