Are you looking for an opportunity to lead the development of a platform that will have an impact on our nation's security? Solid platform development is a critical part of any program’s success and you know how to do it right – scalable design with baked in security. That’s why we need you, a lead developer and architect with the skills to build a platform that will transform our customers.
As a lead platform developer and architect on our team, you’ll guide the design and development of the core Salesforce platform for our project from end to end. You’ll provide day-to-day, hands-on, tactical leadership to the Salesforce software development team. As the Salesforce architecture lead, you will directly interface with decision makers, leadership, users, and the development team to create robust solutions to tackle the customer’s needs, including overseeing the team’s operations and processes, championing and modeling software quality and craftsmanship, and updating stakeholders on progress. You’ll help the development team manage expectations, champion solutions, build and communicate realistic plans, and continuously improve. Supporting program and project managers, you’ll also provide second-level management of technical delivery staff and have a role in hiring and training staff.
