Who You’ll Work with:
You’ll work across the PureRED organization with team members as well as partner closely with leadership within the organization on near-term and later-stage projects and priorities. You will report to the Digital Account Manager Digital Media.

Your Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a Digital Associate Account Executive to work onsite at our client’s office in the greater Atlanta area. This position will offer daily project management support for the client for all interactive marketing and promotional marketing projects. The Associate Account Executive may also be required to communicate creative direction for materials produced.

Develop scope of work documents for all projects to define tasks, deliverables, cost estimates and timing
Create and manage production schedule, team calendars and deadlines
Develop status reports, project tracking mechanism and monitoring procedures to ensure all stakeholders are informed of current and future project related status
Liaison between client and vendor partners to communicate and gather data in development of marketing programs
Manage and traffic projects - conduit of information to internal teams
Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and developments
Define and communicate client needs effectively
Efficient personal organization to ensure optimum workflow with a high volume of information in a deadline-oriented environment
Supports both client as well as on-site team and Digital Team Manager

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field - Preferred
1-3 years experience in marketing account management
Genuine interest in emerging social/mobile/digital trends
Technically literate, comfortable working with and communicating about internet technologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills
Meticulous organizational, analytical and strategic planning abilities
