BizIQ is seeking professional digital marketing client support specialists to join our winning team!

You will be the main point of contact to provide over the phone customer support and service for our client's online campaigns. Our clients are mostly small business that we help grow their online presence by various online marketing strategies and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and communicate campaign results and reporting to your assigned clients
  • Gain an understanding of your assigned customer's specific small business, industry, products, and/or services
  • Seamlessly communicate between your customers and the development/design teams
  • Create professional business descriptions and other online content
  • Communicate campaign project updates and follow ups
  • Complete daily assigned tasks and goals

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of B2B phone customer service, technical support and/or project management
  • Mastered PC and Internet skills
  • Expert and articulate English grammar, spelling, and punctuation (assessments required)
  • Strong emphasis on attention to detail and time management (assessments required)
  • Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional attendance and work ethic mandatory
  • Positive attitude
  • Previous long-term employment (no job hoppers)

Preferred (but not required):

  • Bachelors degree in English/literature
  • Experience writing content on the internet
  • Any digital marketing or SEO experience
  • Google Analytics/Adwords Certification
  • Understanding of domain transfers
  • Local search ranking factors knowledge

Compensation:

  • Starting at $13.50 per hour or DOE (Rapid salary advancement available)
  • Salary advancement based on your effort, attitude, attendance, and quality
