Fortune 8 CVS Health has a dynamic opportunity for an Organized Retail Crime Manager to your our team. As the Organized Retail Crime Manager you will be responsible for managing various data points and reports of store losses due to external theft. Conduct analysis of reported losses within assigned geographic area and recommend corrective action. Identify and develop appropriate reporting methods and mechanisms to maximize efficiencies and best practices within the area of responsibility and across the ORC organization. The position will require relationship building with law enforcement and various partners as required.
- Minimum of 5 years of previous related Loss Prevention and/or Law Enforcement work experience, preferably ORC specific experience
- Knowledge of conducting legal and ethical investigations
- Must possess a valid and current driver’s license
- Mobile and static surveillance training preferred
- Proficient with open source intelligence (OSINT) preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office preferred
Bachelors Degree or equivalent years of related professional work experience in combination with years of education may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree.
