Our Receptionist work as a team with our Veterinarians, Veterinary Assistants and Technicians to provide a high standard of quality care to our patients and clients.
Requirements include but are not limited to:
* Interacting with clients, patients and staff members
* Excellent customer service skills
* Receive and place calls to clients using a multi line phone system
* General knowledge of veterinary terms and recommendations
* Scheduling patient appointments
* Processing client transactions
* Maintain proper documentation through client and patient records
The ideal candidate is positive, self-motivated, communicates effectively, and has a strong work ethic. Individuals must be able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
