Overview:
We are currently partnering with an organization who manages several assisted living facilities in the PA and NJ area who is hiring an Admissions Director for one of their locations in Sewell, NJ.
Our client offers a competitive salary based on experience and could range between $82,000 and $92,000. They also offer benefits, growth opportunities, and a very collaborative work culture.
Duties:
- Develops and implements comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to increase admissions
- Markets the facility to referral sources including senior communities, physicians and rehabilitation centers
- Conducts tours for potential residents
- Ensures that all financial and medical documentation is completed
Experience:
- Minimum of two years of experience in a marketing or sales capacity in the admissions office of a nursing facility or assisted living community
