The Applied Technology Healthcare team is looking to add a Product Support Specialist to their team. Our team receives and loads thousands of flat data files into SQL Server databases every day. Whether it’s implementing a new client or supporting/maintaining an existing client, we strive to provide a positive client experience. When our team implements a new client onto one of our products/services, the Product Support Specialist will assist in the implementation of technical systems, software, or solutions. Evaluate client needs and configure database environments to support these needs. Execute on delivery and implementation plans with high degree of accuracy and efficiency. There are also support components where this position will test and troubleshoot solutions to resolve our clients’ issues. Troubleshooting solutions frequently requires in-depth knowledge of SQL, stored procedures, and SSIS-based ETL processes.
