Seeking an Office Manager to organize and maintain administrative duties and office procedures. This part-time position is responsible for a variety of tasks with an emphasis on customer service. A positive attitude and a can-do spirit are highly valued!. We are looking to fill this role soon with a starting date in December.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 1+ years experience as an administrative assistant preferred
  • Articulate communication, both oral and written
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently and efficiently
  • Familiarity with common office equipment and software
  • Professional demeanor
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Experience with social media accounts

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails
  • Supply management
  • Assist customers and welcome visitors
  • Receive and sort mail
  • Operate invoicing system
  • Maintain project list
  • Provide project updates to customers
  • Organize and tidy office environment
  • Process, document, and deposit payments
  • Safely ship and receive delicate items
  • Misc. errands

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $16.00 to $18.00 /hour
