Project Description:
We are seeking an Oracle Business and Integration Architect for our client
Must be local or willing to relocate at own expenses
This is a contract opportunity that does not offer sponsorship nor in the future
Must be willing to work on W2
Responsibilities:
Direct interaction with clients, provide subject matter guidance and training, and ensure that the implementation follows established practice configuration principles
Lead and co-ordinate the overall HCM Track and will also have primary responsibilities for Core HR, SSHR, and Roles Security from a functional perspective, with a focus on implementing, maintaining and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM (Core HR & SSHR) applications; includes solution design, business process analysis, and system integration
Contribute to the delivery team with their expertise in Core HR, SSHR, and the Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and by providing implementation support, bug fixes, and customer
Requires working with individuals and teams across organizations
Minimum Qualifications:
Oracle Cloud HCM (Core HR)
Oracle Cloud HCM (Self-Service HR - SSHR)
Cross-Functional understanding of Benefits, Absence Mgt, Compensation, Payroll and Taleo
Data Conversions related to Oracle Cloud Core HR & SSHR
Public Sector experience is a Plus
