This position handles both inbound and outbound service calls, while building customer relationships. Maintaining excellent customer relations is key for this position.

Duties:

  • Role is heavily focused on customer service
  • Promptly answer the telephone using positive and clear communication.
  • Scheduling appointments for guests
  • Strong comprehension and critical thinking skills in order to identify the customer’s needs
  • Ability to gauge tone and display empathy to insure a positive customer experience
  • Completing follow-up tasks on daily activities
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and easily adapts to change
  • Ability to handle phone calls and emails for 8 hours a day (with the exception of breaks and lunches)
  • Meet daily individual and team goals by managing time and meeting expectations for productivity
  • Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.

Job Requirements:

  • Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience
  • Computer skills and ability to multi task
  • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person”)
  • Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career
  • Proficient MS Office knowledge
  • Excellent verbal/written communication
  • Automotive experience is NOT required
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license
  • Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check, DMV screen and drug screen
  • 1 - 2 Saturdays per month
