This job contributes to Starbucks success by facilitating the planning, establishment, execution and evaluation of a complex, multi-year, multifaceted program that includes significant IT components. A successful candidate will be a program manager with 10+ years of experience that can work independently in a fast paced and ambiguous environment. This seasoned and experienced program manager will collaborate with business and technology teams across supply chain to define functional requirements, high level process and technical solutions, and manage all aspects of project execution. The successful candidate will be a person who works well leading and managing cross-functional teams, can lead and mentor other project managers supporting the program, and provide clear and concise communication to the leadership team and all relevant stakeholders. This candidate will also collaborate with other program managers within the global supply chain project management office to continue to raise the bar in documenting and standardizing project management best practices.
