ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Represents Two Rivers Insurance Company to the customer in a courteous and professional manner and provides prompt, efficient and accurate service.

Provides internal and external customer service for various requests via phone and e-mail.

Operates telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, and takes messages.

Performs data entry.

Greets persons entering our business, determine the nature and purpose of the visit and direct or escort them to specific destinations.

Performs other duties as assigned.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

A. Required Education:
High School diploma/GED preferred

B. Required Work Experience:
Prior office experience preferred

C. Technology Skills:
PC skills preferred

D. Required Skills or traits for the position:
Ability to perform duties in highly interruptive conditions

Ability to write.

Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.

Ability to work independently with minimum direction/supervision.
