Company is looking for full time, general office / accounting person starting immediately.
The ideal candidate will possess strong abilities in the following:
Organizational skills and organizing others.
Multiple tasking without errors.
Strong keyboard skills with great attention to detail.
Proficient computer experience and skills, with Excel and QuickBooks.
Must have a polite phone manner with the ability to answer multi-line phone system efficiently.
Also the ability to type the information as fast as it's being given into the computer.
Prioritizing the lines and not leaving anyone on hold long.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to professionally communicate, listen and handle difficult situations.
Able to work well with many personalities.
Must be punctual and dependable.
A "follow through" type person who completes assigned tasks.
