We are seeking a FNP/PA provider to be the designated float between two clinics that are six miles apart. The position pays $110/hr. plus benefits. The ideal candidate will have Internal medicine background. The environment is provider friendly, provider supported, and patient care focused.

We are a certified Rural Health Clinic in the Central Valley. The clinics are well organized, excellent inspection surveys, and excellent Medical Director Support.
Temporary Housing provided for six months if relocation is required.
