Our growing company is seeking to hire an Entry Level Account Coordinator to represent our clients here in the St Louis market. This entry level role will be responsible for handling assigned consumer accounts to engage and develop long term relationships for our clients. This includes aspects of sales, advertising, brand promotion, customer service, and creative marketing solutions.
2 or 4 year degree in an applicable field of study (Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, etc.) AND/OR 1-4 years experience working in an applicable field (customer service, sales, hospitality, etc)
Strong Interpersonal Skills - must feel comfortable working collaboratively in team setting, as well as being able to self manage and handle projects independently.
Willingness to begin in an entry level position and grow with our company; taking on leadership and managerial responsibilities as you progress.
Ability to approach challenges with a solution oriented and positive mentality - leading by example for all team members.
Day to Day Expectations:
Follow up on assigned customer accounts to ensure exceptional customer service and problem solving
Work with clients and campaign team to create brand recognition and promotion
Work with new account leads to determine best fit and conduct a presentation of options
Contribute to and maintain a supportive, engaging, an energetic company atmosphere
Compensation: First year average is 38,000-49,000 - To be determined by management during the interview process
