We are seeking 4-6 creative UX/UI user experience/user interface design interns to join our team in McLean, Virginia, to assist us in the research, design, and development of an engaging, easy-to-maneuver, user-need based online platform. This position is a unique opportunity to gain professional development and work experience within a team of innovators lead by strong UX professionals.

The ideal candidate is a team player that seeks to grow his/her knowledge and ability in conducting user research, able to distill research insights into design, able to then implement the communicated content strategy and site design, and communicate and collaborate with coworkers to create wireframes for website design. This is a great opportunity for an entry-level UX/UI designer who wants to implement skills they have and build more on an end to end process. Therefore, she or he is detail-oriented, organized, creative, critical thinker, with good time-management skills and can get comfortable with the iterative process of creation and adjustment based upon research and user research.
UX-UI Intern Education:
BSc in Design, Human Computer Interaction or relevant field (In process is acceptable) and/or 2 years of experience in this field and/or Verified UX-UI certificate programs.
