Help Desk Systems Engineer will possess 5-10 years of IT Experience (Desktop Support, Systems Engineering, Systems Administration) and must have strong and proven ability with the following technologies: End user support: Microsoft Windows, desktop and mobile device troubleshooting, deployment of home networks, Microsoft Office, Office 365 Microsoft Windows Server Platforms as well as Active Directory, Group Policy, SQL Server and Exchange Server Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, XenServer) Storage Area Networks (Nimble, NetApp, EqualLogic, EMC) Understanding of networking concepts, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, Routing, Switching and Firewalls Supporting and deploying Enterprise level networks with Cisco Firewalls, Switches and Routers Scripting knowledge (VB, Batch, WSH, PowerShell) Citrix Experts in word, Excel, PowerPoint, outlook worksite, DTE, Adobe or Nuance, Change Pro Job Type: Full-time
