The Head of Content, Commercialization & Tools leads a team that is responsible for producing, curating and governing GTS content used for client pitches, proposals and presentations across all client segments (GCBK, GCB, BB, FIG, PSB).
Establish and execute a globally consistent Content Commercialization Strategy in partnership with the Global Head of Cross Product Solutions.
Drive external messaging and visual communications for increased market presence, client engagement and client adoption. Ensure close coordination and partnership with the GBAM Marketing team where necessary.
Drive internal commercialization messaging and communications, manage content/communications interfaces with the banking platform (GCIB, GCB, CBK, BB), internal training & market awareness where required.
Partner closely with the Design & Distribution team, originating best-in-class graphics & creativity/market differentiation in GTS content.
Partner closely with the proposal management team and BACI to maximize impact of content and drive communication differentiation in RFPs, partner on best and finals where required.
Ensure consistent messaging, standards across commercialization channels globally.
Originate thought leadership, challenge conventional methods and continually drive change and evolve the overall platform.
Own management of GTS One, the internal content/commercialization platform for product and sales
Manage controls and compliance with Enterprise standards for all content and client content communications, including related to the GTS One technology platform.
The centrality of this role to the global GTS platform will necessarily require strong partnership with Product, Sales executives and business partners both regionally and globally. Strong influencing skills will be required to perform the role.
