This role will be accountable to manage the technology and resources required to support the Auto Business as it uplifts the Originations platform and customer experience. The role will require determining technology direction, as well as managing a significant team of software engineers. Additionally, the person will work closely with the business to define target capabilities and strategies, and provide insight into technology options. Delivery is a key part of this role and the person will need to be able to lead a team to successfully and frequent deliveries.

Key Qualifications Include:
15+ years in IT management
Experience with Agile Delivery
Experience in Cloud Technology
Strong Collaboration and Influencing Skills
Ability to build a team from the ground up
Senior Executive Presence
