The Keudell/Morrison Wealth Management team is seeking a Client Service Associate who can perform highly skilled administrative support and provide exceptional customer service. We are looking for a career-minded, team-oriented, and self-motivated candidate.

Duties & Responsibilities

Maintain client satisfaction by promptly responding to inquiries and requests, reviewing previous interactions, taking initiative to research and solve problems, and providing personalized service and communication with professionalism and confidentiality.

Provide direct support to Financial Advisors by performing clerical and administrative tasks, including: scheduling appointments, preparing account documents and client materials, processing account transactions, resolving inquiries, and identifying and completing projects in order to improve operations and overall client experience.

Maintain effective team communication and collaboration by documenting actions and communications into customer relationship management system and participating in daily and monthly team meetings.

Improve quality service by recommending improved processes, researching new tools and applications, and collaborating with team members.

Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

All other duties as assigned.

Qualified applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (College Degree recommended)
  • Two years of experience in Customer Service (experience in Banking/Finance helpful)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word

Applicants with the following qualifications will be given priority:

  • Experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Willingness to take initiative and ownership
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong sense of professionalism and discretion

Compensation & Benefits

  • $32,000 - $38,000 annual wage, depending on skills and experience
  • Two weeks paid vacation
