Primary Objective/Scope: Coordinate and schedule all asset returns in an efficient, effective and positive method by contacting MOS customers and employees. Handle multiple competing tasks in a fast-pace environment while dealing with issues and scheduling last-minute requests for deliveries.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
Coordinates with 3rd party vendors, for the physical return of leased assets.
Works with Sales Employees, customers & internal Leasing Team to obtain return authorizations and instructions.
Follows up on current lease inventory to ensure timely return of assets.
Works with the Logistics Coordinator on a daily basis to schedule all deliveries, pickup, swaps and changes into the MOS Delivery Calendar.
Responsible for end of lease disposition analysis.
Place service call on the screens of remote analysts & service technicians at the same time the Outlook calendar is updated
Fully understands the logistical aspects of process to ensure the most efficient routes, resources and expenses are used
Act as the liaison between all internal departments that interact with this process (Purchasing, Inventory Control, Drivers, Remote analysts, Service Techs, Sales, Warehouse and Order Processors)
Ensure the process stays consistent throughout with both MOS Customers and MOS Employees
Associates Degree or similar experience preferred, High School Diploma or GED required
Attention to detail and organizational skills is integral
Three+ years of strong customer service experience necessary
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the proven ability to interact with customers and coworkers
Solid organizational and computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) are essential
Must be able to follow through on the complete logistics process, solve problems and meet deadlines
Strong customer service skills for dealing with challenging situations involving customers and deliveries
Ability to multi-task and work with and assist admin, logistics, sales, and service personnel
Physical demands: Standing, hearing, sitting, walking, speaking, regular application of basic manual skills (driving, keyboard, eye/hand coordination)
Mental demands: Problem-solving, verbal communication, customer contact, comprehending technical documents & instructions, multi-tasking, mental acuity
