Docusign is looking for Senior Software Engineers to join our development team in Seattle. This position will be part of a team working on Docusign's Unified Experiences. The team is focused on delivering reusable end-customer experiences to internal Docusign teams and external developer experiences including related App Model configurations.
This position will demand critical thinking skills, ability to quickly understand existing systems, and the ability to work in agile environments. The individual will primarily be building for developers, an understanding of the developer ecosystem and an empathy for developers is valuable. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager, Software Engineering.

Think about how to solve problems in scale

Develop high-quality, ship-ready code that is covered by a full test suite

Design and develop component based and scalable user interfaces and core functionality to allow customer administrators the ability to construct simple business processes without having to have coding expertise

Work with Product Management and other developers to understand and translate marketing requirements into design requirements and provide estimates for development

Work as part of a cross-site development team to drive design, implementation, testing and release of products

Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Informatics or equivalent

8+ years development experience or equivalent

Experience working with Javascript, TypeScript, React, Redux, or other modern programming languages

Experiences with the entire software development lifecycle, including version control (git), CICD pipelines, testing, and regional cloud deployments

Experience debugging high-priority production issues

Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment, prioritize your work and manage your own time

A passion to learn new software technologies
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $151,800.00 - $245,150.00 base salary
Illinois and Colorado: $145,800.00 - $205,950.00 base salary
Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $145,800.00 - $214,350.00 base salary
This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and
