Marathon Health is seeking a 20 hour/week Family Physician to treat and work with the employees and families (ages 2+) at our client's health and wellness center in Midland, Texas.
This position includes full benefits, no on-call or weekend hours. We offer excellent salary and full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), FSA, malpractice, CME assistance, life and disability, paid time off and holidays.
The operational hours of the health center are Monday - Friday: 7:00a.m. - 5:00p.m. The exact schedule throughout the week is TBD and could include mornings and afternoon shifts.

The Family Physician is responsible for providing primary care services, conducting onsite health risk assessments, providing wellness education, supporting individual lifestyle changes, and helping individuals manage their chronic conditions. In addition, the Physician will administer pre-employment physicals, including DOT exams.
The position may also serve as the Medical Director and be responsible for the oversight of the care delivered by the clinical team within the Marathon Health Center. Maintaining a collaborative relationship with the center’s staff is a key ingredient to success in this position.
Unrestricted medical license required
Board Certified or Board Eligible
Must have primary care/family practice experience
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience required
You should believe in making a difference and believe in quality decisions, great communication, collaboration, and instilling trust to lead a great wellness program
DOT Certified or required to obtain DOT certification upon hire
