Provides support to the brand and channel marketing teams of global outdoor power equipment leaders Cub Cadet and Troy Bilt, with a focus on digital marketing. Boost engagement of key target audiences by creating and optimizing content that can be leveraged across multiple mediums. Serve as project lead on key digital marketing campaign initiatives. Learn how digital marketing integrates into an overall brand strategy and how brand marketing executes each aspect of a brand plan.
This position will interact internally with brand managers, communication managers, product managers, sales group, IT staff, and externally with advertising agencies, e-marketing agencies, and marketing partners
Facilitates project management by working directly with marketing partners (i.e ad agency, suppliers, marketing vendors)
Assists the digital marketing brand team with content creation for social media and search engine optimization
Social media responsibilities include monitoring, response and measurement of Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest and Instagram.
Content creation and day to day management of social media presence for both the Troy Bilt and Cub Cadet brands.
Assists marketing team in daily activities, organization, and project management
Assists in the development of brand advertising and marketing materials (flyers, billboards, electronic media, internet, social media, literature, product guides, photography, video, etc). This includes managing a messaging database for all products to be kept current for each season.
Conducting and gathering market research
Creation of content for monthly articles for both brands.
Generate and optimize content for knowledge centers and libraries for consumers of outdoor power equipment.
Support or lead current and new email marketing initiatives.
Well organized, detail-oriented thinker
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadline with minimal supervision
Ability to take initiative to ensure project success
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Enthusiasm for learning the Outdoor Power Equipment Industry
Undergraduate pursuit in business, marketing or communications with a focus on digital preferred
Junior or senior standing preferred
