Beverage Mechanic
The Beverage Line Mechanic is the core position for the success of our manufacturing process. This position offers a wide amount of opportunities to learn and grow within our manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for the operation of production machinery in relation to troubleshooting and maintenance.
Schedule(s) Available:
Weekend PM (Sat-Sun 6pm - 6:30 am) (Mon-Tues 10pm-6:30am)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain smooth line operation of the 200CPM canning line, high-speed sleever, warming tunnel, tray former, etc.
- Improve equipment operational efficiency and
- Maintain production line workflow
- Troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns.
- Troubleshooting electrical malfunctions.
- Preventative maintenance planning.
- Detect potential machine failures / malfunctions.
- Document repairs in accordance to FDA and GDP procedures
- Maintain equipment to achieve optimum functionality and minimal downtime.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned or apparent by Maintenance.
Required Skills:
- 3-5 years in a production/manufacturing environment.
- 220/460v Electrical Knowledge
- PLC & Programming knowledge is a bonus
- Problem Solving Skills / Mechanically inclined is a must.
- 3-5 years experience in troubleshooting / fixing heavy production machinery.
- No Task Too Small Attitude
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to stay late / work overtime if needed.

- Willingness to learn about mechanical machinery and troubleshooting
- Must be able to prioritize and work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
