The Remote Insurance Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with policy changes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information about insurance policies, coverage options, and billing inquiries.
- Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and cancellations.
- Process insurance applications, endorsements, and claims.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our management system.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their concerns have been addressed and resolved.
- Educate clients on available products and services to meet their insurance needs.
- Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
