Job purpose
Ria is looking for a Sales Representative "a hunter"
that will be instrumental in growing our market share in
Utah and Colorado by opening up new accounts and helping
them grow fast. As a Sales Representative, you will
report directly to the Regional Manager and primarily be
responsible for selling and managing the entire sales
process. The ideal candidate will must be fluent in
English and Spanish to support our business needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Spend a majority of the time (90%) recruiting new
  • Sell to potential agents and meet the new Agents
target every month
  • Achieve and exceed the monthly transactions target
  • Use solid financial and business acumen to
demonstrate the value of the service proposition to
the prospective agent
  • Manage the entire sales process from identifying
prospects, cold calling, face to face meetings,
conducting presentations and demonstrations
  • Manage the sign-up, set-up, all necessary training
and provide the point of sell material to Agents
  • Develop strong relationships and provide solutions
wherever challenges may arise to ensure long term
loyalty to Ria Financial
  • Monitor FX on a daily basis for new accounts
  • Complete and submit weekly reports regarding
expansion efforts, transactions volume, business
development and competition intelligence
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Associates, Bachelor’s degree or 2-3 years of
successful outside sales experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, business
development and direct sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in
Spanish and English is required
  • Must possess a successful track record of business
to business sales and opening new accounts
  • Possess experience dealing with marketing strategies
and tactics, product demonstrations, sales
techniques and sales control systems
  • The key characteristics this individual must possess
are strong interpersonal, persuasive, negotiation
and time management skills
  • Ability to prospect, present, promote and sell
products and financial services
  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior
experience in the Money Service Business industry

  • Ability to work from home and travel to assigned
