Provides an exceptional customer experience that inspires repeat business.
Addresses customers concerns and informs Manager immediately.

Provides detailed information regarding flowers and gifts to educate customers.
Gathers name, address and delivery date, collects payment information and processes order.
Follows detailed procedures regarding add-on gift items, delivery methods and dates.
Enters special requests for flowers and plants into POS system.
Maintains confidential customer information.
Monitors orders and confirms details on a constant basis to ensure customer selection is processed correctly.
Conducts administrative activities, including; filing, billing, mailing, telephone campaigns, etc.

Supports and assists team members on as needed basis.

Guest service mentality; is sociable and friendly and has a genuine desire to serve the customer.
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Self-starter who is energetic and flexible.
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
Maintains a calm, tactful demeanor when dealing with difficult situations.
Prioritizes responsibilities to achieve results.
Identifies additional tasks to be completed and willingly assists others.
Excellent computer skills including MS Word and Excel.
Minimum two years of retail customer service and telephone experience.
An eye for creativity and design.
Gardening or “love of flowers” preferred.
