We are looking for a full-time experienced veterinary receptionist that is friendly-upbeat, enjoys customer service, great at multi-tasking, good communicator, enjoys new exciting things, loves their job, and loves to grow and learn. The applicant must love animals and enjoy humans, to join our state of the art animal hospital. We are an 8 doctor practice and require applicants to be fast-paced.
Your title here would be Client Care Coordinator. Duties would include but not limited to answering multi-line phones, accepting payments, typing, scheduling, checking in/out clients, scheduling appointments for all aspects of the hospital, managing appointments, stocking, cleaning, selling products, loading rooms. People skills required. You are the first and last friendly face or voice that our clients see or hear.
