We are seeking a skilled and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our team. As an Eyelash Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality eyelash extension services to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your talent and creativity in the beauty industry.
Duties:
- Apply individual eyelash extensions using various techniques
- Consult with clients to determine their desired lash look
- Provide recommendations on lash styles and lengths based on client preferences and eye shape
- Ensure a clean and sanitary work environment by following proper sterilization and sanitation protocols
- Maintain knowledge of current beauty trends and techniques related to eyelash extensions
- Educate clients on proper aftercare for their eyelash extensions
- Assist with retail sales of lash products and accessories
- Utilize salon software (such as MINDBODY) for scheduling appointments and managing client information
- Collaborate with other salon professionals, such as hair stylists, nail technicians, and estheticians, to provide a comprehensive beauty experience for clients
- Manage social media platforms to showcase your work and attract new clients
Qualifications:
- Valid certification or license as an Eyelash Specialist
- Proven experience in applying eyelash extensions
- Knowledge of different lash extension techniques, including classic, volume, and hybrid
- Familiarity with salon software for appointment scheduling and client management
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication skills to effectively consult with clients on their desired lash look
- Attention to detail and precision in applying eyelash extensions
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
