Our growing Real Estate office is looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented, trustworthy and customer-driven, full-time Executive Administrative Assistant to provide immediate support to the Broker / Owner and the Operations Manager and assist all team members within the company with various relevant administrative duties. This individual should possess exceptional attention to detail and accuracy and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Real Estate experience is a plus but not required.

This high-energy, detail-oriented, professional will be responsible for performing tasks to efficiently support the leadership team and assist in organizing and managing functions of the office.

$16 - $20 per hour

Coordinate company-sponsored community events and client activities
Oversee and manage email blasts, blog sites, company's social media presence, ongoing advertising campaigns and team/event highlights
Coordinate the creation of post cards, mailers, newsletter production and branded materials/apparel
Participate in ongoing company-provided training sessions
Provide concierge level customer service to clients and customers
Manage ongoing relationships with clients, vendors and team members
Communicate (verbal, written and in person) professionally with clients and vendors and ensure all listing/transaction tasks are completed on-time with the highest level of customer service
Shall send out weekly reminders of upcoming critical dates via email
Serve as backup and/or replacement for other support staff as necessary
Perform filing, copying, mailings and other administrative duties such as answering phones and generally supporting the team
Participate in weekly team meetings

Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues
Demonstrated understanding and proficiency of PC platform and Windows OS including using Chrome Google products including G-mail, Google Calendar, and G-Drive
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and general internet skills
Must have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents
Proven excellent writing and editing experience
Ability to summarize information, reason logically, draw valid conclusions, make appropriate procedural recommendations and initiate action accordingly
Flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities
Open to new ideas and systems
Must have high level of interpersonal skills and ethical standards to handle sensitive and confidential information and interactions
Ability to empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities
Continue to maintain the good will and reputation of the entire team
Position requires continued poise, tact and diplomacy
Professional understanding of Web and social media platforms and metrics preferred
Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with staff
Work week is 40 hours; including occasional evenings and weekends as related to special events
Minimum 2-year Associate College degree preferred
Minimum of two (2) or more years of professional administrative or supervisory work experience in a professional setting related to real estate, communications, digital marketing or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the position
Must have reliable, well maintained vehicle for occasional errands
